On this page we explain how we process the personal data you provide to us through the inquiry form on this website and what rights you have in connection with their processing. We process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) and Czech Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the processing of personal data.
1. Data controller

2. What personal data we process
Through the inquiry form on this website we process the data you provide to us yourself:
- first name and surname,
- e-mail address,
- phone number (optional),
- name of the school or organisation (optional),
- the content of your message and the services or configurations you are interested in.
Together with the inquiry we also store the date and time it was sent, the language version of the website and the address of the page from which the inquiry was sent.
3. Purpose and legal basis of processing
We process personal data solely for the purpose of handling your inquiry – so that we can contact you, prepare a proposed solution or a quotation and continue to communicate with you about the inquiry.
The legal basis for processing is your consent given by ticking the box in the form (Art. 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR) and taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
We do not use the data to send commercial communications or for automated decision-making or profiling.
4. Retention period
We keep inquiry data for as long as necessary to handle the inquiry, but no longer than 24 months from the date it was sent. After that, the personal data are automatically anonymised – we keep only non-personal statistical data (date, area and selected services).
If the inquiry results in a contractual relationship, further processing of the data is governed by that contract and the applicable legislation.
5. Recipients of personal data
Your data can be accessed only by authorised employees of the controller and other companies of the WRTG Global group who handle the inquiry. The data may also be processed by suppliers who provide website operation, hosting and e-mail services for us, only to the extent necessary to provide these services.
We do not transfer personal data to third countries outside the European Union, nor do we sell them to third parties.
6. Your rights
In connection with the processing of your personal data you have the right to:
- withdraw your consent to processing at any time – withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal,
- request access to your personal data,
- request the rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data,
- request the erasure of data or the restriction of their processing,
- data portability,
- object to processing.
You can exercise your rights by e-mail at info@wrtg.ai. We will respond to your request without undue delay and within one month at the latest.
7. Complaint to the supervisory authority
If you believe that the processing of your personal data infringes the law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7 (www.uoou.cz), or with the supervisory authority in the EU member state of your habitual residence.
